As regards the above headline I am fully committed to working at all levels to ensure that these situations do not occur. It is a basic human right for all to receive compassionate nursing care when faced with severe illness.
Too many managers with endless targets is not the way forward. The W.A.G has created this immense bureaucracy and we need to let those caring individuals who have entered the medical field as a vocation to be allowed to do their job.
